Music garlic is a hard-neck garlic known for its jumbo cloves, long storage potential, and strong field performance in cold climates. Skins are very thick and tightly wrapped, with a creamy white color.
This variety has a garlicky, strong, robust, and pungent flavor with easy-to-peel jumbo cloves that are easy to use in the kitchen with a long storage life (will store mid-winter into spring on average!)
These are fully cured, medium-large 3-6 clove seed grade bulbs ready for planting. (Can also be used as seed garlic!)
Note: typically an average of 6-10 bulbs per pound
Garlic will ship in fall once it has been fully cured. Shipping will begin the week of September 15th. Also available for local pickup!
